To secure a booking, we kindly request full payment as specified at the time of reservation. Please note that, for now, payment is accepted in cash only. We apologise for any inconvenience and are working to add additional payment methods in the near future.

All cancellation terms and related arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon in our office at the time of booking. If you require assistance, please contact our team and we will do our utmost to help.

We strive to provide safe, high-quality experiences. Please note that Safari & Bush Retreats acts as an agent for local tour operators and cannot be held responsible for events beyond our reasonable control. We kindly ask guests to follow all guide instructions and health & safety guidance while on tour.
